Manufacturing Process:

This Automatic ball slide assembly machine consists of 3 major sections:

Section A -Fish Lock Riveting

Assemble fish lock onto the inner rails.

Section B -Main Parts Assembly

Assemble bead cage, ss beads, middle rail, and greasing on middle rail.

Insert M lock at end of middle rail.

Assemble plastic strips and middle rail with outer rails

Section C - Bending Machine

1.Bend end curve on the outer rail.

2.Insert plastic end lock on the bent end piece of outer rail.

3. Punch Logo / assembly soft close buffer (if needed )

4. Entering packaging machine

This automatic drawer channel assembly machine is for 3-section drawer slides assembly. After middle and outer rails are assembled, insert inner rail manually to test the smoothness of the completed product.
